B2B Manufacturing Service Agreement

These terms govern the manufacturing and supply services provided by Yihe (chxmyihe.com) to our global business partners.

1. Customization & OEM/ODM Process

Each custom project begins with a technical drawing approval. Once the CAD designs are confirmed by the client, production will proceed according to the finalized specifications. Changes made after production start may incur additional costs.

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

We maintain a rigorous quality control system with 25+ dedicated QC specialists. All robotic and display systems undergo a 100% inspection and functional test before dispatch. Yihe is SGS and FSC certified, ensuring compliance with international manufacturing standards.

3. Payment Terms for B2B

Standard terms: 30% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and other major commercial payment methods.

4. Warranty & Support

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on structural components of our display systems. Technical support for robotics integration is available via our engineering team.

5. Intellectual Property

We respect and protect our clients' intellectual property for all OEM/ODM projects. Confidentiality agreements (NDA) are available upon request.
